For subway, you may purchase one way ticket from the machine or you can purchase transport card that can be used both for bus and subway. The card enables you to transfer for free (Bus -> Subway or Subway -> Bus) if you take the 2nd transport in 30 minutes
From [Seo daegu station ]:
① Taxi : Taxi is the easiest and fastest way to travel to windmill house. It will take less than10 minutes costing from KRW 5,000 to KRW 7,500. Ask the driver to go to Gwang-Jang-Ko-A (광장코아) or Du-Ryu-Yeok (두류역) which is the subway station.
② Bus : This is not recommended if you have many luggage as you will need to transfer once. Take Bus No.524 from 서대구역(남측)1 here is the gmap (https://goo.gl/maps/a4RLGpvwtPswBhYW7) and get off at the 5th stop 한국섬유개발연구원앞 (https://goo.gl/maps/HM75MtZVYXPr83Pn8) then get on the Bus no. 726 or Bus No. 750. Get off at the 4th stop 대구과학기술고등학교 건너 (https://goo.gl/maps/ZnZUhHf23uSghS1U9). Walk straight the main road. You will see Gamsam subway station (https://goo.gl/maps/uDm35YCrnNc37WH56) Walk straight to Circle Gym.
From [Dong daegu station ]:
① Subway : Go to the Dong Daegu Subway station. You will need to take stairs down to the lower floor. Take the subway bound to Daegok (대곡) and get off at Banwoldang (반월당). Follow the green line (Subway line 2) and get on the train bound to Moonyang (문양) and get off at Duryu (두류).
** If you are already at the Duryu subway station, the nearest exit to windmill house is Gate No.6
② Bus : Go to Dong-Daegu Station Bus Stop. Take Bus No.156 and get off at the 19th stop Gwang-Jang Town (광장타운 앞).
